Thank you for joining us at the 2025 conference!
The Freedom Sessions (TFS) aims to create a platform that provides education, awareness, and community engagement for the 2SLGBTQ+ folks and our allies. Join us at year-round events and at our annual conference—a one-day convening of 2SLGBTQ+ communities from around the state where we learn and develop best practices for organizing, community care, power building, and sustaining our movement together.
Building the Oklahoma we deserve is going to take all of us. Here is to our collective liberation!
Freedom, as in a future bound with each other.
2025 TFS events
-
Thursday, September 4th 6-7:30pm CT on Zoom
Learn how to make a zine and get to know some of the 2025 presenters and attendees during a Welcome Night Virtual Mixer!
-
Friday, September 5th 5-6:30pm CT on Zoom
Before the conference officially begins, you are invited to strengthen your relationship with yourself and other Freedom Sessions attendees around the theme of "Seeds of Liberation."
This restorative justice circle will provide a structured way for individuals to connect on a deeper level, sharing personal experiences and perspectives. This fosters trust and empathy, leading to stronger bonds between participants and a more inclusive, community-based learning environment for all.
The Restorative Justice Institute of Oklahoma seeks to empower Oklahomans to live restoratively by aligning their values, behaviors, and systems through healing, training, and circles. They train restorative leaders to transform unjust systems by first transforming themselves and support restorative educators to create learning environments that pivot away from a culture of punishment. -
