As you are navigating Liberate, we know some things may be difficult to process. We have put together a list of free, 2SLGBTQ+ friendly mental health resources you can use in a crisis or for immediate support. If you are looking for local, general sexual health education resources and/or services in your area, we encourage you to check out Community Resources.

You can call, text, or use live chat on their website. All are anonymous. You will be connected with a counselor to chat through what is happening.

All calls are anonymous and confidential. Operators are part of the 2SLGBTQ+ community and have been trained to respond. Law enforcement will not be involved. Their website has a quick escape option as well as youth chats and online peer support chats.

This is a domestic and sexual violence helpline for Native Americans and Alaska Natives, offering culturally-appropriate support and advocacy. There is an escape button quick exit from the website and is available 24/7.
