The Freedom Sessions: School Board Logistics Training
One component of school board engagement is logistics. Knowing who's on your board, how to contact them, where your board meets, and how to engage is the first step to impacting change! If public speaking isn't for you, that's okay. There is a place in the movement for every body and ability- if research is your thing, this is for you! Anyone can attend, as we will be learning important skills that cross over to many different issues. This Freedom Sessions Workshop will be virtual on Wednesday, July 24th, from 6-7pm. Our next state school board meeting is the following day, so we will also host a Q&A for those needing to know more about attending. Come and learn more about all the ways you can show up for Oklahoma students and public education. We can't wait to see you there!
