HRC Oklahoma City: "A People's Hearing" with Freedom OK

  • Oklahoma Capitol Building (Multipurpose Room A&B) 2300 North Lincoln Boulevard Oklahoma City, OK, 73105 United States (map)

Join HRC, Freedom Oklahoma, and our partners fighting for LGBTQ+ equality in Oklahoma for an open-press conversation with our legislators and Oklahomans impacted by the existing and incoming policies that the OK Legislature, the OK Board of Education, and Gov. Stitt are enforcing in our state.

Because the OK Legislature doesn't allow public testimony, this is our chance to make our voices heard in Oklahoma! RSVP for location and press information.

We will be hosting a virtual preparation meeting and advocacy training on Zoom on Thursday evening, May 11th at 6 pm CT! RSVP for the pre-meeting here: https://www.mobilize.us/hrc/event/562628/

We would love for you to join the pre-meeting, but it is not mandatory in order to attend Monday’s hearing. RSVP for Monday’s hearing, here: https://www.mobilize.us/hrc/event/561213/

We’ll be meeting on the first floor in Multipurpose Rooms A&B.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, please do not attend the event. Visit the CDC's website for more information about coronavirus symptoms.
